Portage - Michael Bablick, City Administrator brought to the committee discussion about Portage City ordinance concerning above ground pools. The requirement for a fence that often is the same height as the pool and the requirement for 250lb cover Bablick said was difficult to enforce. The committee reviewed City of Madison pool ordinance. After some questions and discussion that need clarification the committee decided to get those answers and bring the topic back at a future meeting.
