Fall River - Initial Resolution 23 0614(2) Authorizing $1,565,000 General Obligation Bonds for Community Development Projects in Tax Incremental District No. 5-A MOTION WAS MADE BY Trustee Ninmann and seconded by Trustee Pawlisch to approve Resolution 23 0614(2) to borrow $1.565 million in General Obligation Bonds. Trustee Slotten said he doesn't like to borrow more than we know for sure that we need. Roll call vote was taken with Ninmann, Robbins, Gould, Birr, Dykstra and Pawlisch - yes. Slotten-no. Motion carried.

Development Bonds, Series 2023A - A MOTION WAS MADE BY Trustee Birr and seconded by Trustee Pawlisch to approve Resolution 23 0614(3) to Provide for the Sale of the G.O. Bonds. Roll call vote was taken with Ninmann, Robbins, Gould, Birr, Dykstra and Pawlisch-yes. Slotten-no. Motion carried.
